About

Amazon Quick is AWS's desktop AI assistant for work. It connects to the tools you use every day—local files, email (Outlook / Gmail), team chat (Slack / Microsoft Teams), CRM, and databases—learns what matters to you, and takes action on your behalf. Pull scattered information from spreadsheets, Slack threads, and emails into a finished Word doc, Excel model, or presentation in a single conversation. In June 2026, Quick added autonomous agents that let users set granular autonomy levels—from step-by-step approval to broad goal-based execution—to continuously automate recurring tasks like following up on stalled deals, summarizing regulatory changes, and processing purchase orders. New multi-dataset analytics enables natural language queries across data sources including Snowflake and relational databases, inheriting semantic intelligence from existing data catalogs such as AWS Glue, Databricks Unity Catalog, and Collibra while enforcing security through identity propagation. The redesigned activity feed provides a personalized, conversational interface where users can reply to emails and Slack messages, approve requests directly, and prioritize updates with thumbs up/down feedback—all without switching applications. Users can also share Quick applications as public websites. Built on AWS, meeting enterprise security standards.
